If you would like to request the deletion of your account and associated data for Car War: Battle Road, please follow the steps below:
How to Request Account Deletion:
- Send an email to contact@farazsiyal.com directly from the Google account (Gmail) or email that is linked to your game profile. (Requests sent from unrelated email addresses will be rejected for security reasons.)
- Use the subject line: “Delete Account Request – Car War: Battle Road”.
- In the email body, provide:
- Your in-game Username
- Your Player ID
- A screenshot of your in-game Settings/Profile screen to verify ownership.
Verification & Processing:
- To protect your account from malicious or accidental deletion, our team may send a confirmation email back to you before initiating the deletion.
- Once verified, all associated data (profile, leaderboard scores, unlocked vehicles, and cloud saves) will be permanently removed from our Firebase servers within 30 days.
Data Retention Policy:
- Certain financial and transaction records of In-App Purchases may be retained by Google Play Billing as required by applicable tax and legal regulations.
